Welcome to Ambunav Healthcare System Pvt. Ltd. (“Ambunav”), registered in Delhi, India. By using our 5G Ambulance Systems, devices, or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions which govern your relationship with Ambunav.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, installing, or using Ambunav’s products or services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any provision, you must immediately cease usage of Ambunav’s services.
2. Service Description
Ambunav provides integration of 5G-enabled systems into ACLS ambulances, enabling features such as live video, live vitals, GPS location, and remote communication. These services are dependent on external factors including but not limited to data connectivity, network strength, weather, hardware performance, and government restrictions.
3. Data Dependency Disclaimer
Ambunav is not responsible for providing data connectivity. Users are solely responsible for arranging, maintaining, and recharging their own internet/data connections. Ambunav shall not be liable for service failures arising out of poor network, expired data recharges, weather issues, law and order situations, or any technical fault outside Ambunav’s direct control.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, content, technical designs, and proprietary software, is the exclusive property of Ambunav. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the services strictly for operational purposes. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, reverse engineering, or misuse is strictly prohibited under the Indian Copyright Act and relevant laws.
5. User Responsibilities
- Users must ensure timely data recharge and stable connectivity.
- Users shall not use Ambunav systems for unlawful purposes.
- Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, passwords, or device access.
- Users agree to indemnify Ambunav from all legal claims arising out of misuse.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ambunav provides services on an “as is” basis. Ambunav expressly disclaims liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from system failure, connectivity issues, delayed transmissions, or medical consequences due to interruptions. In no event shall Ambunav’s liability exceed the invoice value of the concerned product/service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
By continuing to use Ambunav’s services, you fully agree to these legally binding Terms and Conditions.
2. Data Privacy and Policy

Ambunav Healthcare System Pvt. Ltd. (“Ambunav”) values user privacy and is committed to safeguarding data. This Data Privacy and Policy describes how Ambunav handles, processes, and protects data in accordance with Indian laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and amendments therein.
1. No Data Collection by Ambunav
Ambunav does not actively track, store, or export any data generated from devices, including live camera feeds, live vitals, or patient information. All such data flows through user-controlled data connections and remains under the user’s responsibility.
2. User Data Responsibility
Since Ambunav is not a telecom or internet provider, all data services are arranged and maintained by the User. Users are responsible for securing their data connections, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring compliance with relevant medical confidentiality regulations.
3. Third-Party Infrastructure
Ambunav systems may rely on third-party telecom providers, cloud storage vendors, or hardware suppliers. Ambunav has no control over the policies, uptime, or breaches caused by such entities. Users accept the risk of third-party dependencies.
4. Data Protection Measures
Ambunav employs reasonable technical measures in hardware and software design to prevent unauthorized intrusions. However, Ambunav disclaims liability for cyberattacks, hacking, malware, or force majeure events beyond its control.
5. Compliance with Law
Ambunav complies with the Indian IT Act and applicable healthcare data protection guidelines. Ambunav shall disclose data only if mandated by lawful government orders or judicial authorities, subject to applicable Indian law.
6. Consent
By using Ambunav systems, Users consent that Ambunav has no role in storing or processing their personal/medical data. Users agree that all responsibility for compliance with patient confidentiality, data encryption, and handling lies with them.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Ambunav shall not be liable for any breach, misuse, or data loss caused by user negligence, poor connectivity, or unauthorized third-party access. The User indemnifies Ambunav against any claims arising from misuse of data.
3. Warranty, Claims and Usage Policy

This Warranty, Claims and Usage Policy governs the use of Ambunav devices and services. Users are advised to read carefully as the provisions are legally binding under Indian law.
1. Limited Warranty
Ambunav provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in devices for a specified period mentioned in the invoice. The warranty does not cover issues arising due to user negligence, mishandling, poor connectivity, power failures, or unauthorized repairs.
2. Warranty Exclusions
- Damage due to external data/network failure.
- Wear and tear from regular usage.
- Any physical or electrical damage caused by user actions.
- Software tampering, rooting, or unauthorized modifications.
3. Claim Procedure
To file a warranty claim, Users must submit original proof of purchase and device details. Ambunav reserves the right to inspect devices before approving claims. Replacement or repair is at Ambunav’s sole discretion and shall not extend beyond the original warranty period.
4. Limitation of Claims
Ambunav shall not be liable for indirect damages, business losses, patient outcomes, or delays caused due to device downtime. Warranty remedies are strictly limited to repair or replacement of defective parts.
5. Usage Policy
Users must operate Ambunav devices strictly as per guidelines provided. Improper or unauthorized use will void warranty. Users shall ensure devices are installed only by authorized personnel. Any misuse, resale, or operation outside prescribed parameters shall be deemed a breach of this policy.
6. Governing Law
All warranty and claims shall be governed by Indian Contract Act, Consumer Protection Act, and other applicable laws. Disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
